At NAOKO-STORE.pl, we want you to love your fashion finds, which is why we offer a hassle-free 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. If your new piece isn't the perfect fit, you can easily return or exchange any unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Fill out the Return Form

  Complete the printed return form included in your original package or download the digital version from our website to specify your return reason.

• 2.
  Securely Pack Your Items

  Place the items you wish to return, along with the completed form and original invoice, into the original shipping box or a similar durable package.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Send your return via a tracked courier service to our warehouse address: NAOKO Returns, ul. Lodzka 12, 95-050 Konstantynow Lodzki, Poland.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.
